小型(xíng)製藥(yào)冷凍(dòng)幹燥機使(shǐ)用(yòng)注(zhù)意(yì)事(shì)項

1. Prohibit the use of pipelines as a load-bearing escalator

禁止使用(yòng)管(guǎn)路作為(wéi)承(chéng)重扶梯。

2. It is needed to read the operational manual carefully before operating the machine and only the operator who has been trained and qualified can operate the machine.

 設備(bèi)操(cāo)作前(qián)請(qǐng)操(cāo)作人員仔細(xì)閱(yuè)讀使(shǐ)用說明書(shū)，在(zài)經過(guò)培訓(xùn)合格後方可進(jìn)行機器(qì)的(dí)操(cāo)作(zuò)。

3.  In order to prevent the virus from destroying the computer used for controlling the equipment, it is forbid installing other software and connecting with other moble equipments.

隨機(jī)電(diàn)腦作為機器操作(zuò)用(yòng)電腦，禁(jīn)止(zhǐ)使隨意安裝(zhuāng)其(qí)他(tā)軟(ruǎn)件(jiàn)，禁止與其(qí)他移(yí)動硬(yìng)件(jiàn)設備(bèi)連接，防止電腦病毒(dú)的侵入(rù)；

4. Please ensure the vials are on the shelf uniformly before performing the stoppering procedure. Otherwise the vials may be damaged because of the uneven power. The vial shall be placed on the shelves uniformly even there are no enough vials to be filled with the shelf.

在進(jìn)行(háng)壓塞(sāi)操作(zuò)之前，必(bì)須保證西林瓶均匀地(dì)布(bù)滿每塊板層。如果西(xī)林瓶沒有(yǒu)均匀地布(bù)滿板層，在進(jìn)行壓塞(sāi)操(cāo)作(zuò)時(shí)會(huì)有壓(yā)碎西林(lín)瓶(píng)的(dí)風(fēng)險。如(rú)果西林瓶(píng)不夠布滿整塊(kuài)板(bǎn)層(céng)，也要(yào)保證西(xī)林瓶均匀的分(fēn)布在板層(céng)上。

5. The aseptic filter shall not be disassembled during the usage, because the aseptic filter may be in low-pressure or high-pressure state.

無菌過濾器可(kě)能(néng)處(chǔ)於過壓或欠(qiàn)壓狀態，設(shè)備(bèi)使用(yòng)當(dāng)中(zhōng)禁止拆卸(xiè)。

6. It is recommended to use the nitrogen gas to detect the system leakage to avoid the danger.

當(dāng)需要對(duì)有關係統進行檢漏(lòu)，建議采用氮氣打(dǎ)壓(yā)，不要采(cǎi)用(yòng)其他氣(qì)體(tǐ)，以免(miǎn)發生危(wēi)險(xiǎn)。

7. Please cut off the power supply for PLC and all electric equipment to avoid voltaic interference when performing the weld operation around the lyophilizer.

在凍(dòng)幹(gān)機上(shàng)或附近進行(háng)任何焊接操作(zuò)前，請(qǐng)切斷(duàn)對PLC及所(suǒ)有電子設備(bèi)的供電(diàn)，以(yǐ)確保(bǎo)焊接(jiē)電弧幹擾(rǎo)不會對電(diàn)子設(shè)備(bèi)造(zào)成損(sǔn)壞(huài)。

8. The hydraulic cylinder safety pressure:

The working pressure for stoppering cylinder: 20~80bar

The working pressure for mushroom valve cylinder: 20~60bar

The maximum working pressure shall not exceed 80bar

If the pressure is set out of the allowable range, there may be some damages to the equipment. Please contact with the manufacturer.

油(yóu)缸液壓工(gōng)作(zuò)安(ān)全壓力：

板(bǎn)層升(shēng)降油缸(gāng)工作壓(yā)力：20~80bar

蘑菇閥油缸(gāng)工作壓(yā)力(lì)：20~60bar

油(yóu)缸(gāng)大工(gōng)作(zuò)壓(yā)力不能超過80bar

超過上述(shù)壓力(lì)運(yùn)行，可(kě)能會(huì)對機器造成(chéng)損壞，及(jí)時與廠家聯(lián)係；

9. Open the cabinet door, please confirm the main power is off. If the UPS is installed, even though the main power on the cabinet is off, there is still high-voltage danger, please refer to the relevant electric chart to obtain the detailed information

打開電(diàn)器櫃(guì)門前，請確認(rèn)總電源(yuán)關閉。如果(guǒ)設(shè)備安(ān)裝(zhuāng)了UPS電源，即(jí)使關閉(bì)了電器櫃(guì)總電源(yuán)開關(guān)，仍然(rán)存在高(gāo)壓電(diàn)危(wēi)險。請查閱(yuè)相關電器圖(tú)紙
